Sadly this is one of the rare but important disappointments I have had in this hobby. I completely understand that many times the provider may look a little different than the photos. In this case the picture vs real life was a difference of at least 40 pounds...that's a lot. Carol is a wonderful agency and overall I have never had any major disappointments working with her. A few occasions waiting in the lobby for up to 20 minutes and one time where I showed up and they literally cancelled the appointment as I was waiting in the lobby, other than that very reliable consistency with looks and performance. Not this tine:( I would not repeat for free.
