Review: Cassie

General Details

I don’t know what came over me because I am generally not that impetuous, so I must have been overcome by Cassie’s photos that popped up in her TER regional ad. After taking a quick tour of the agency’s website and searching for any available reviews for Cassie but finding none, I immediately phoned the agency for an appointment two days later. However I was comfortable with the circumstances particularly since the agency’s website was very professionally constructed and their attention to detail was impressive having added Cassie’s profile to the site shortly after her TER ad appeared, and having approved my references in a timely and straightforward manner, all professionally done. A variety of reviews had been posted for the agency’s providers dating back to 2010 but only one recent 2012 review. I wondered why that was the case, and then I seen an exchange on the TER ad board from a client welcoming the agency back. The agency was not at all novice in other words.

While there was an 11th hour location change sent via email, I had not seen it so after calling in on time for the appointment and learning about the change, I knew that getting to the new location would take twenty more minutes. But the agency confirmed that no time penalty would result and that I would enjoy the full hour, professional and much appreciated they were. Just to also add, they gave me explicit directions on how to get to the elevator bank within the upscale hotel, something which is always appreciated by the rare provider/agency that does so.
