I was at the Maryland-NC St bowl game in December.
We were ready to eat dinner the night before the big game @ ~5:30pm and Ruth Chris told us that there was nothing available until NINE PM.
We just went downstairs in our hotel, the JW Marriot.
One of the best high end steak places I've ever been.....
