I recently spent a week in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Destination wasn't at the top of my list but I had some reward miles available on Emirates Airline begging to be used. I expected to find an interesting culture; hard to believe but 60 years ago these cities didn't exist. But the surprise was that Dubai is sex tourist destinations. Thousands of women from all over the world, many nationalities, many price ranges. I went overboard: Japanese the first night; Pakistani the second night; Vietnamese the next night! Looking forward to a  return.

So there is no set average price range? Is it legal? Tempting.

Common price range for outcall is $275 to $400; USD and local currency (AED) both accepted.  Technically illegal but no one cares.

I knew a girl who worked for a big NY agency who traveled there, and that was ten years ago.
