Well-while I do not personally see TS providers, I am glad to see this, as the nasty comments of others who are opposed to this do get to me, as I identify as bi.  I have been totally honest about this to any provider that I have seen, I practice safer sex and have tested HIV/STD negative.  

I guess I am different in the sense that when I want to be with a woman, rather than desire a TS experience, I want to be with a woman.   My bi experiences are not that frequent and when they do happen, they are always with condoms and after a careful screening of the person I am interacting with.

I have respect for the health, well-being and safety of anyone who I am intimate with, whether a provider or someone I am dating, and this means practicing safer sex, as there are a lot of dangerous things out there.  I beleive in and embrace sexual freedom, but with freedom comes responsibility.

It is regretfully a common myth that men who enjoy the occasional same sex experience, whether that be with a TS/TV or another guy, are blamed for spreading HIV to others, when some of us are very conscientious about what we ae doing, and would not either deliberately or carelessly endanger the health and safety of others.  It is not a certain activity or proclivity that spreads HIV, it is (to me, at least) unprotected sex and carelessness.  To me the higher the risk of what you are doing, the higher the level of personal responsibility that is necessary.  

Since I am totally honest with any woman I may be dating or sexually intimate with of my proclivities, I often find that in order to have sexual intimacy with a woman, I find myself having to see a provider.  I was shocked to see some of the things said in judgment of men who see TS providers on the other boards, though I do understand it; not everyone is as openminded as the next.  In any case, it is nice to see that you have created a place for everyone.
