Female Condom

I just had the strangest encounter with a provider involving a FC. She attempted to put the condom on me....not inside her. To clarify, the condom supposed to go inside the female, am I correct ?  Just what I read, really killed the moment.

DJ, I think she might have been inexperienced.

It’s a lot easier.  The key is to remove the inner ring.  Then it goes on like a regular condom.

It's disappointing how few providers use or even know about Female Condoms. They have been around for many years.

As noted, they are much easier to insert if she removes the inner ring, which does not diminish the effectiveness at all.   Next, as I and the provider I first asked to try them found out, if she puts it over a dildo or similar shape (even a toothbrush!) insertion is very easy.  Note that the "top" or outside edges (maybe 1/4" to 1/3"of the condom should stay outside the vagina, sort of over the labia. May not look like a bare pussy, but once you are in you won't be bothered by the extra material at all.  Instead, you will feel as close to bareback as possible while protecting her and you from STI's.

I make it a practice to always bring 3 with me to every session I book. In fact I bring them with me whenever I have sex with anyone where condoms are expected.  We may use one or two, but I always offer to leave the extra with the provider to she can practice and get more comfortable with them.

Maybe 25% of the time the lady declines to use them. Even then I still give her one or two to take with her.  For those ladies who try them, I have yet to see any that didn't like it, or at least were willing it use again for our next session.

They are not as cheap as male condoms. But really as a percent of the total session expense a female condom is less than 1-2% of the total I pay for fun.

Maybe they're not as pleasurable for the lady?

I've not heard that from any provider that used them with me.

But it's certainly possible they just didn't tell me.

to make sure it seats properly.  I have had providers do this and some others who used a smooth glass dildo to make sure it is in and where it is supposed to be before I entered her.

I always thought or one of the benefits of a FC was to not break the flow of foreplay to the “main” event.
She putting it on you seems the equivalent to just slapping on a regular condom.
Or am I missing something?

I'm just thinking of the physics of the male condom vs female condom. With a tight male condom your covered schwantz is going to be rubbing against her pussy.  But with an fc, your pecker is going to be rubbing against the sheath. You get more friction on your skin and she gets less on her skin.

I think at the essential level you are correct, and for me at least, that's why I am such a fan of the female condom.  I have significant difficulty getting there with a male condom.

And face it; if a solution helps you get off faster/better, even if it does not help her do the same, well that's a big part of why we pay for the privilege isn't it?

But it is much easier and sexier to use your penis to insert it. Best practice is to open the package, toss the inner ring. Squirt lube inside the condom and then place it on his penis. Give it a few strokes to warm it up and make sure it's nice and hard and then use it to push it inside her with your first thrust. (Or she sits on it to get it in.) This gets it perfectly placed and keeps it from folding up on insertion.
Trust your provider. She is the expert. Don't let something so silly kill the moment. Enjoy! We've got you covered!

They are more pleasurable for me. Not only do they feel better, but I feel more comfortable knowing that I am fully covered and that it isn't going to slip off if he goes soft or gets too wet.

The flow was definitely broken. It was attempted to be put on like a regular condom.

Until now, I never heard of it being slapped on like a condom..I guess it use to be, the girl went to the bathroom, prepared herself, intimacy begins and that's that..Are we over thinking this??

Yeah, it was awkward. I had seen her before and she is very hot. Just wish there was more research on her part about it.

It is getting harder to buy the FCs now. I have done it the way your date did and then just insert myself. For some ladies it is easier to get the FC in the right spot.
Since not everyone is into DATY(even though I am very much am) I ask the gent before we get to the moment if he wants to partake. If no I insert FC at that point and then I get him warmed up :) That way when he is ready tere is no pause or fumbling to insert. I am still amazed when I bring up FC or ask if they would like to use FC instead of the regular condom.
So many guys that have never tried it or heard of them. I wish they were more readily available to purchase

Hmm, why should I have no about it too ? I use condoms and this was just put on the table last minute. Just a bit of a condescending statement but whatever.

How long you been dating. Don't know what a  female condom is ,and that the female should insert it in her vagina. You then don't necessarily  have to put on a male condom, unless you want  double protection.

You should absolutely NOT use a male condom with a female condom. Friction can break them, make them stick together, or make one or the other slip out of place.

I could ask you, how long have you been dating? But I won’t.

Can slip out of place  sometimes even without  the male condon .With water based  lube it works well ,with or without the male condoms....try it for yourself. Personally female condoms are not my first choice. Only thing it does best  is give you  that mental feeling of 'bare'.

Where you can't see the outer ring?? Are girls savvy enough when inserting the FC that it could get somewhat buried within? The visual is everything to me. Is there an art to masquerading or hiding it?
I'm not a big DATY guy and age is creeping up on my sorry ass.I'm slowly changing my views on them.

Inserting one that far would result in much less protection safety.

If you put an FC directly on a penis, the lube (if needed) goes on the outside of the FC not the inside.  In that case, the condom is going in and out with the penis and rubbing up against the "sugar walls" so the lube is applied on the outside of the FC, just as it would be when using a male condom.

If the woman inserts the FC, then the lube goes on the inside because the FC is stationary and the penis is going in and out while rubbing against the FC.

I have been with several ladies who used the FC. One put it on me like a regular condom, minus the inner ring of course, and it worked perfectly.  One inserted it while I watched, and I did not find it distracting at all.
The third, one of my top 3 favorite girls, asked me to close my eyes while she inserted it. She made a game of it and it was exciting to anticipate the result.
Practically speaking, part of the FC must remain outside her vagina to work properly - that's the whole idea of it.  But the visual was not a problem as I didn't care - i was too excited by getting to have sex with these women to care about it!
