I'm proposing a further drop-down choice for the profile heading of "Sex".  Currently, the only choices are "Yes" and "No".  I suggest expanding the choices to include "No", "Yes - with condom," (or "GFE") and "Yes - without Condom, (or "BBFS").  Judging from reviews and board posts, there seem to be equally large groups of users that would prefer searching FOR ladies offering bareback service, while the more risk-averse, like me, would like to be able to FILTER OUT the bareback girls on our advanced searches.  Currently, the failure to be able to narrow a search on such a topical menu item just makes searches more tedious than they need to be.  If you make this change, users on both sides of this question will be thanking you for making their review searches easier.  

 
With that said, in order to set up a review profile as BBFS, it should require that the provider's website supports this designation in order to avoid abuse, revenge, or other improper motivations by reviewers.  Like other attributes, providers who claim that they do not offer BBFS can challenge the designation by showing it is not listed on their website. I think this will work for both GFE and BBFS customers and providers.
