Do password protected sites qualify as "Ad Website" in reviews?

Just bumped into a review (I'll link it below) and the ad website (gfeinvestments) now requires a login, the login prompt showing ...
"Verified Clients: Contact us for the password. Passwords will change periodically. You have to contact us. it is not something you will be able to guess nor anything you've been given before."
It's TER ID: 332536

I kind of feel like this website should now be disqualified as a TER "ad website".  I'm not inclined to be a "Verified Client" at that website, imagining that they'll ask for too much identity information and won't really protect such information.  (Hell, for all I know that data goes straight to North Korea.)

Thoughts?

And, a problem report would be in order.

It is and a problem report would be the correct way of dealing with it.

Seems that occurred, or TER's routine web validation checks on the ads might have kicked in, and the web URL is not "Report New URL" (or whatever the actual text is).

I've been seeing new reviews that pop up with no website URLs and some to password protected sites. I thought it was a requirement to have a website and not password protected. Most of them are single review providers too.
