Made an appointment with a provider for the first time. Set up a date, time and location over a few emails. Should I be concerned that she has not asked me for any personal info or references?

Screening is by personal preference of the ladies. Some are very diligent and could give the FBI a run for its money others just seem to see whoever calls. As an indication of her being an LE sting? I really have no idea and have never thought of it that way, good question. If the lady is well reviewed and you didn't feel any strange vibe talking on the phone then most likely you are okay.
She's not a very careful provider if she just takes your name and number with out verifying info.That's the type of provider that will end up with LE knocking at her door sooner or later. I always verify home and work plus 2 local Known independent provider Ref that client has seen in the past 6 months. I like to play it safe.
