*By June 1st I should know which set of dates will work for sure.  Don't wait til the last minute to express interest or you will be disappointed if I don't end up coming on the dates/times you want.  That is why, it's important to get with me and set something up PRIOR to June 1st....just let me know if it's "tentative" with you or a "for sure".  

Include screening info. upon initial contact.
I prefer pre-bookings/advance notice.
I'm usually unavailable to get screening done while in town so please contact in advance if possible.
