Longevity....

It's almost a given that the shelf life of the typical MP is about the same as a piece of Halloween candy, yet I know of one MP that I've been frequenting on and off for over thirty years at the same location.

(Some of the gals there have been with them for about as long too.)

Does anyone else know of MPs with long lives?

I have not been in the hobby for long, but a guy I know worked beside one 10 years ago nad it is still open. SC seems to be pretty tolerant.

There has been an MP in the town of Chapel hill, NC (home of the UNC Tarheels) that was in operation back in the late 1980's when I enrolled in college there. As far as I know, it's never been raided or closed, so that's at least 25 years. Tried it out for the first time a few years ago when I was in the area for a conference, and got a very happy ending from a real AA cutie...

Have one across the street from a former hangout ie. Strip club that has 10 years that I know of.

There's one in Minneapolis that's probably been there for at least 40 years, maybe more. I've never been there, but from a different board it sounds as though at least some of the ladies are in their fifties.

There's another one that's been around probably at least 5 years, maybe more. There could be others that I have no idea of their longevity.

Most of the rest seem to have a relatively short shelf life. There are some locations where it's almost like musical chairs; one parlor will close, and a few months later another will open in or move to the same space.

Most massage joints in mpls simply change their names or change name and move .
Its technically illegal to run a massage parlor in the entire 5th precinct of mpls.
So They have an avg shelf life of 3 years or less. Its not from LE,
its the zoning officers and health department that shut them down.
Whereas the really good ones have been open for 5 or more . Idk why.

...and then there's Toronto where there's too many AMP's to keep count !

Yes I have been going to one for a year now and it has been there for at least 5 years. I must admit it is a quality place and really nice people!
