The lawyer is most correct..It is best to not say a word in a situation..I still think law enforcement should focus on the new threat.. that threatens all..that being terror..organized or isolated..and channel their energy toward this.

If you are in a room..and someone asks for a certain act and you say no..You can still be arrested..as no..implies you offer something.There are many clever L/E that work around the legal system..doing everything including lying..It is best to say nothing and go with your gut instincts..about anything.

The Law Doctor hit on something very important:  your gut instincts!  Listen to them,  I have had so many clients tell me " I knew something wasn't right, or I thought they might be a cop, but I went ahead with what I was doing"  and low and behold, they were arrested!  Listen to your gut feelings, it tells you more than you know!
