Does anyone have some good insight into the Atlanta and surrounding market? Macon, Ga. has been very good, as well as some areas near the Tennessee border-whereas Atlanta has been sort of "Iffy" for the past several years since the then new Clayton County Sheriff-Victor Hill- raided all the AMP's on the south side and closed them up!
