Who is the most BSC provider you have ever had the pleasure of knowing? BSC manifested itself how? To avoid defamation suits provider names are optional.....

My Dallas vote goes to a lady that worked for an agency - about 7 years ago - was extremely bipolar in like 5 minute cycles. Would be really into it, screaming and talking dirty, and then would instantly start crying and be inconsolable. Would stop the crying and snap right back into getting extremely passionate. 5 minutes later she's crying again. I thought she was just screwing with me (metaphorically, she was already doing it physically) but it became pretty obvious that she was just very unstable. I considered she might be using (abusing) chemicals but in the end I think she needed to get on some.
I finally just called the game and then she wanted to 'just hang out'. Sorry, I tossed her out.
