When I hobbled in the DC area all the ladies were on TER and usually p411. In NJ, not so much but a lot on Tryst. Do you find that a reliable source?

That is irrelevant to me. What I care about is if I can verify she is legitimate and a good match for me. That cant be done on Tryst or any of its competitors. Finding a lady on those sites is just the beginning of the process and never the end. So there isn't an easy answer to your question.  
Like with any site, many women will be legit and some will not be. Same with Tryst. But if I cant find reviews here, or other review sites I trust, or a trusted friend hasn't seen the women in question and can vouch for her, that is almost always a hard pass, for me at least.

I use both P411 and Tryst. I think as long as you do your own due diligence you will be okay no matter what site you use.
