What are some vast differences between online ads for Tijuana providers and US providers?

I ran around in Tijuana getting laid for about a decade before I ever used any online sources. The last half of that decade, I used a cheap burner phone that was barely one step up from flip phones, so it didn't even have internet service. If you've ever heard of the newspaper called El Mexicano, that's where I found women, in their classified ad section under Masajes (Massages). Most ads were about a couple lines long, basically a name and a telephone number, maybe a few more words. No photos, not even email addresses or links.

I'd call women and say where I had found their names and numbers, not one of them directed me to websites. You can bet that I had more than a few surprises when meeting some of them face to face.

One day, the classified ad section in the newspaper abruptly stopped printing pussy ads. I was devastated. I still had a lot of names and telephone numbers in my phone, but as you know, providers come and go, so my contacts dwindled over time. I didn't know where I'd find new leads.

Then I joined the 21st Century by getting myself a burner smartphone, and then I had internet access. I don't have to tell you how much that opened things up for my hobbying. A few months later, I discovered TER, and now that I have VIP status here, I've read a lot of reviews and a lot of discussions. I see a divide between what US providers/hobbyists deal with and what Tijuana providers/hobbyists deal with. For people who never cross those lines to explore both, I guess they don't even know the differences. This question covers both agency ads and independents' ads.

How about you, what have you seen in comparing the two worlds?

Well from my experience, which I will admit would be different that a hobbyist, they are World's apart.
When I fist started our agency is 1997 I went to the papers to call ladies thinking I would be well received, however when I would talk to the lady about our agency there were two common problems.  Their pimps or boyfriends did not want them answering to anyone else, and they did not want to do things like BBBJ and DFK...I even had ladies tell me we can advertise that but not provide it.  I am guessing there are good providers out there that you could stumble across but those were the two biggest hurdles to clear.

From a hobbyist standpoint there should be a higher expectation of service and a number to call when the lady that shows up is not as advertised.     If a lady is advertised as GFE and she will not kiss with her tongue I believe the client should be able to call the agency and have her sent home at no cost (provided he did not have relations with her)

I believe with all agencies (but I could be wrong) payment is made after the fun is terminated.  If you are dealing with an agency you should be able to ask questions and have an understanding before scheduling.   I can say with out a doubt I turn down more clients that most agencies even schedule just because of the safety factor.  We have our approved hotels and we do not deviate from those.

Good question and hopefully others can point out more differences for a hobbyist point of view.

That I did not answer the question asked.  I thought I did but as far as the ads are concerned I think that in the US that the providers are careful because of law enforcement issues.  It is more liberal in Mexico with legal prostitution. Most ads are in Spanish in Mexico and in English in the United States.

It seems in the US the providers do dodge law enforcement contact and in Mexico many providers try to hide their occupation from family.  In the Us I am not sure that is much of an issue but it could be with some.

Mexican online Agencies/ad boards tend to be more explicit as to what's on offer.   Mexican websites tend to use less photoshop.   If you willing to pay "gringo prices" there's ads in English.

I've used a couple of Freelancers when TJ Craigslist still had the Erotic Services section, and when it migrated to the "Personal Services" section.  Last time I checked, TJ CL had scrubbed most provider ads.

You'll pay well over Zona Norte prices, and you'll need to go to a "Love Hotel" across the River, as Online Girls won't come to the ZN/Centro.

As most Mexicans now have smartphones, one "More Mexican" way of doing things is to use private groups in WhatsApp/Telegram to advertise and arrange "citos".  This keeps things more discreet, but even then, you usually won't get a face picture, you'll just have to trust the luck of the draw.

I hope this answers the question. This topic is been thoroughly discussed on TJ-Centric boards.
