There is always talk of this and that, what will be the real result?

I read it and I think we should see whether it is enacted and whether room safety checks are approved.

Most hotels already have signs in the rooms that say they have the right to enter the room every 24 hrs even if the privacy sign is up. They don't  usually,  but it gives them the right to.
